Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

This policy covers paid plans of Trioga QR, a product by Trioga. It works together with our Terms of Service.

In short

  • You can cancel anytime. You won’t be charged again, and your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We don’t refund part-used months or years.
  • If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged by mistake, we refund that charge in full.
  • Your printed QR codes keep working whether you cancel, downgrade or a payment fails.

Cancelling

Go to Dashboard → Billing and choose Cancel plan. This stops renewals straight away, for UPI Autopay and cards alike. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current monthly or yearly period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank. Please cancel in Billing too, so our records match.

Refunds

We refund the full amount of a charge when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same period;
  • you were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled;
  • you paid but your plan wasn’t applied, and we couldn’t fix it within 7 days.

We don’t give refunds for the unused part of a monthly or yearly period, for a plan bought by mistake and then used, or for features marked “Soon” on the pricing page (those aren’t part of any plan until they’re released).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI account or card) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Changing plans

  • Upgrading starts at once. You pay only the price difference for the days left in your current period, then the new plan’s full price from your next renewal date.
  • Moving to a smaller plan or another billing period happens when your current period ends. Nothing is refunded for the current period, and you keep the bigger plan until then.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Razorpay tries again over the next few days and your plan keeps working meanwhile. If every try fails, the plan ends and your account moves to Free. You can subscribe again anytime.

What happens to your codes

On every plan, including Free, every QR code you created keeps redirecting and counting scans. If you have more editable (dynamic) codes than your plan allows, your oldest ones stay editable (up to the limit, 2 on Free) and the newer ones become read-only: they still work, but their destination can’t be changed until you upgrade or delete some.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through the contact page within 30 days of the charge. Include the email of your Trioga QR account and the invoice number (from Dashboard → Billing). We reply within 2 working days.
