Questions about plans
An editable (dynamic) QR code opens a short Trioga link. You can change where it goes anytime, even after printing, and see how many people scan it. Plain (static) QR codes hold the content inside the image, so they can’t be changed, but they’re free on every plan.
They keep working. Every printed code keeps sending people to its page, on every plan. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. After that you’re on Free: your oldest 2 editable codes stay editable, and the rest become read-only (still working, just not changeable) until you upgrade again.
With UPI Autopay (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps) or a debit or credit card, through Razorpay. You approve it once and it renews automatically. You get a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime from the Billing page.
Yes. An upgrade starts right away and you pay only the difference for the days left in your current period. A move to a smaller plan, or from monthly to yearly, happens when your current period ends.
No GST is added to these prices. You get an invoice for every payment from the Billing page.
You can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-used months or years, but if you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund that charge in full. The refund policy page has the details.
Features marked Soon are being built. They’re listed so you know what’s coming, but they aren’t part of the plan today, so please don’t buy a plan only for them. When they arrive, they’re included at no extra cost.
